How is the maquila service composed?

The maquila service is an integral supply service, where Entorno is the supplier of (coffee, packaging, coffee processing and logistics). It does not include any commercial representation for Entorno on behalf of the buyer.

What does the export service include?

The export service is personalized, our clients must specify the quantities and characteristics of the coffee that best suits their needs, they must also specify the degree of responsibility that they request in the export exercise, specifying clearly the Incoterm under which they want to make the purchase.

Which Incoterms does Entorno work with?

In oirign - EXW (Exwork)
Courrier - DAP (Deliverd at place)
Air way - CIP (Carriage & Insurance Paid to) and FCA (Free Carrier)
Sea way - FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost Insurace Freight) and FAS (Free Alongside Ship)

Is my coffee 100% Colombian Coffee?

We guarantee the origin of our coffee through the certifications of Protected Geographical Indication, Denomination of Origin Huila and Denomination of Origin Colombia, granted by the National Federation of Coffee Growers.

How do I help the planet by choosing Entorno?

We apply the circular economy through ecological packaging made from cane fiber and vegetable dyes. We also maintain fair trade policies with all the producers involved in the production of Entorno coffee. We work hand in hand with Rain Forest Alliance and Saving The Amazon in the protection of our ecosystem.

What days are you open?

We work 7 days a week.

What are the payment methods?

You can pay for your order with debit and credit cards through our platforms linked to PayU nationally and PayPal internationally.

Can I pay on delivery?

You can pay for your coffee when you receive it in case you place your order from Colombia. You must select the payment method "cash on delivery” when placing your order.

Can I pay in dollars?

For exports and sales of Entorno coffee at an international level, payments will be made only in US dollars.

Can I buy bags of fique?

We have a business line in which we commercialize our fique sacks for export or any other use you want to give it. We also offer the service of personalized sacks with your brand or design.

Which countries are covered by my orders?

Our business line of coffee Entorno and our export line of green coffee work at a global level.

How to change the delivery address of my order?

When your order is confirmed, you will receive a text message with the tracking link of your order.

How can I modify my order?

Are all coffees always available?

The production of varieties is seasonal. We partner with different specialized coffee growers for each line offered, however, their production depends on the climatic conditions of the region and the harvest date.

How many days does it take for the coffee to arrive after I place my order?

We are committed to the freshness and quality of our beans. Your coffee will be roasted and packed a few days before being shipped.

How can I guarantee the safety of my order?

We partner with the world's leading logistics companies, Kuehne + Nagel, UPS, FedEx and DHL Express. This allows us to guarantee the timeliness and security of each order. Entorno provides phytosanitary documentation, certificates of origin, letter of commitment and other documents required by customs.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay by bank transfer or PayPal if your order is being placed outside of Colombia.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship worldwide. Except for countries with socio-political and economic conditions that could make impossible the export process.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping rates and costs may vary depending on the destination address. Contact us for more information.

What documentation do I need to import coffee to my country?
