6-8g of Entorno coffee per 100ml.
Water temperature between 90-96 °C (194-204.8 °F).
PREPARATION
Boil water until it is between 90º and 96ºC. (194-204.8 °F).
Fold the filter at the edges.
Wet the filter with a few drops. Doing this not only helps to eliminate the papery taste but also to get the V60 warmed up. If these are not heated, the water temperature will decrease, and the coffee will not be well extracted.
